CBR CEO Dave Watson is a graduate of UBC Sauder’s Diploma Program in Urban Economics (DULE). The DULE , a sophisticated, technical and specialized program.,has been designed for practitioners already employed in the real estate industry who want to upgrade their education, and for highly-motivated people seeking to join the industry. DULE students complete a core curriculum that builds a foundation in real property law, economics, financial math, statistics, and valuation. Students can then specialize in one of five areas of practice: Appraisal, Assessment, Real Estate Management, Development, or Brokerage. Dave previously worked as an educator and talking-book producer for Manitoba Education for almost 30 years.
Dave is also a former President of Save Our Seine (SOS) and Chair of the Creek Bend Residents Association. (CBRA)
